ENKO Today:

Today, ENKO owns 7600m2 of land with more than 2600m2 operating area. We employ more than 200 employees for our design and manufacturing process, out of which more than 20 personnel are solely dedicated to R&D.

We use the latest manufacturing and testing techniques for our production. The company has ISO9001-2000 certificate, first certified in 1999. Our quality assurance system controls the total quality of complete process within the company and at customer site. Our product development test labs allow detailed tests during design stage, including product life tests (MTBF). We test all the products in Automatic Test Jigs during the manufacturing process.

Our factory is located in Izmir/Turkey, where high quality professional technical staff is easily available. We have the capability of transporting our products directly from our factory to any location in the world.

Production in ENKO:

All production in ENKO is made by fully automated machinery of the latest models. We use only SIEMENS, ASSAMBLEON and SAMSUNG pick and place machinery in our production lines and our lines are fully automated.

Our electronic card production is also furnished with AOI (automatic optical inspection) systems where we control the deposition of solder paste, glue and solder quality. Each card is automatically tested in ICT units and later in the FCT jigs with dedicated test software developed in house.

Our warehouse is FIFO controlled and we always check the solderability of our components for high quality production.
